2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorized to act on behalf of any company you register, and you must be of legal age to enter into contracts.
- Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Using the Platform
You agree to use VNEX lawfully and honestly. You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, prices, or company information.
- Sell or promote illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone else.
- Send spam, harvest contact details, or misuse other members' information.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
4. Listings, Inquiries, and Transactions
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including product details, availability, and pricing. Buyers are responsible for evaluating suppliers and products before committing to a purchase. Any contract for the sale of goods is made directly between the buyer and the supplier. We strongly encourage members to confirm details, agree on clear terms, and verify the other party before sending payment.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices, quotes, and payment terms are set by the suppliers and agreed between the parties to a transaction. Any fees charged by VNEX for premium services will be made clear before you are charged. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, and shipping costs that apply to your transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
The VNEX name, logo, website, and content are owned by VNEX or our licensors and are protected by law. Content you post remains yours, but by posting it you grant us permission to display and distribute it on the platform so the service can operate.
7. Disclaimers
VNEX is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing, member, or transaction, and we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any dealings you have with other members are at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VNEX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from transactions or dealings between members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to VNEX, if any, in the three months before the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or harmful activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continuing to use VNEX after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
